Our TeamThis role is within the Koch Capabilities Company and will support and partner with other Koch companies.
What You Will Do
- Drive automation
- Directly lead, develop, and supervise a globally based team that supports Finance Partners in reporting, planning and billing processes. Informally lead across the entire KCC FP&A organization.
- Develop trusted relationships and partnerships with key Finance Directors and Capability leaders to support the consolidated capability view.
- Apply and coach to drive sound economic thinking and accelerate decision making. Key focus on outcomes, assessing alternatives, evaluating tradeoff & risks, economic modeling & framing, developing & communicating recommendations
- Demonstrate principled entrepreneurship to identify and drive action on strategic initiatives, including investment, optimization, and transformation initiatives. Ensure progress is measured through bet tracking.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing leaders/managers or strong individual contributors
- Background in finance, business partnering, point-of-view development, economic analysis, transformation, or other role that demonstrates solid understanding and application of financial concepts, performance measures, economic principles (scenario analysis, marginal value, net present value calculations, risk adjusted thinking) and decision making
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and leading through a change with a transformative mindset
- Outcome focused individual with experience developing and influencing an organization’s financial strategy and leading key financial projects
- Experience demonstrating executive presence by utilizing strong communication and storytelling skills with all levels of an organization
- Financial Modeling Experience
- Leading a global team
- Experience leading a team through transformative financial projects
- Finance Business Partnering Experience
- Understanding of Koch Capabilities and the Businesses they serve
- Demonstrate strong application of Principle-Based Management® (PBM®)
