Position: Founding Account Executive

Salary: Up to $400,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE), 50/50 split (Dependent on Seniority)

Responsibilities:

As a Founding Account Executive, you will:

  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to develop scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and execute successful sales initiatives.
  • Engage with clients to understand their web 3 security needs, presenting AI-driven solutions that offer comprehensive protection against evolving threats.
  • Drive sales efforts to surpass assigned quotas, leveraging your expertise in selling web 3 security solutions.
  • Explore new market segments, pioneering innovative approaches, and establishing the company as a leader in web 3 security.
  • Build strong client relationships, guiding them through solution implementation, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with the company's offerings.
  • Utilize your experience in creating sales playbooks and mentoring other Account Executives (AEs), fostering efficient sales processes and team growth.

Requirements:

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales quotas within the security or SaaS sector.

- Early-Stage Experience: Previous exposure to working in early-stage cybersecurity OR SaaS companies, particularly in exploring new market environments, will be advantageous.

-Prior experience working as a founding AE is essential

- Additional Skills: Experience in creating sales playbooks and mentoring other AEs would be beneficial, contributing to streamlined sales processes and team growth.
