Our client is a leading provider of Building Automation, Lighting and Security Systems is seeking a Highly Motivated Controls Project Manager for its operations in the Indianapolis, IN Area and surrounding markets.
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Decisive individual with a strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
Responsibilities
- This position will manage and supervise all company functions related to controls on assigned projects assuring a successful completion of our contractual commitments.
- By reviewing plans, specifications, submittals and other contract documentation creates a job plan for the successful completion of assigned projects.
- Prepares and maintains accurate labor forecasts.
- Schedules and supervises all installation and technical labor on assigned projects.
