KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is Hiring a Project Manager Near Windsor, WI

NAMI’s Building Services team provides our commercial customers with emergency service, repairs, equipment replacement, remodeling, and special projects for their HVAC and Plumbing systems.

The Service Department Project Manager will support our experienced plumbing team (and HVAC team) with retrofit and remodel project work in scheduling manpower, planning, material/equipment ordering, and customer service. The Service Project Manager will ensure that customers receive premiere service, communication, and a successful project experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planning, scheduling, and support of the service operations.
  • Site visits, budgeting, estimating, material, and equipment ordering, and scheduling.
  • Work with NAMI’s operating systems and software.
  • Work closely with field personnel and subcontractors in planning and executing work procedures and coordinating various phases of repairs and projects.
  • Direct Customer interaction, managing work in progress, and compliance with work performed.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
  • Prepares billing projections for assigned repairs/projects based on project completion schedule.
  • Maintain project tracking for compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and others.
  • Prepares labor projections and fulfills manpower scheduling for field projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management helpful and/or project management experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a project management capacity or similar.
  • Field experience a plus.
  • Must be highly organized, ability to multi-task, have excellent (written and verbal) communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A thorough knowledge of commercial construction, plumbing and/or HVAC processes, and management techniques.
  • Ability to travel to construction sites.
