- You'll be part of a small team that moves fast, values transparency and ownership, and focuses on making an impact.
- You'll have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality software.
- Customer logos include GoodEggs, ByteApp (YC/Floodgate backed), ReserveBar, NomNomNow (sold to Mars for 1 billion $), Trustwallet, and others.
- Engage with customers to identify pain points and gather feedback on user experiences.
- Generate multiple design iterations independently, incorporating customer feedback and industry best practices.
- Ensure that designs are visually appealing, sleek, and maintain a clean aesthetic.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and prioritize usability in all designs.
- Own product & design initiatives, collaborating closely with others on our product & design team to define the vision for new features and explore ideas
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect mocks
- Collaborate with the Front-End developers to translate a design into code
- Establish a design system
- Iterate quickly using sketches, prototypes, and product experiments
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
- A firm grasp of design processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in relevant design frameworks: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS products is a big plus
- Experience in early-stage startups is a big plus
- Visual design & illustration skills is a big plus
- Experience with software development is a big plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for creating innovative and user-centric designs
