What You'll Do
- Cook and prepare food for use at breakfast and in the Bistro
- Prepare dining room for breakfast including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- Ensure breakfast items are rotated and well-stocked
- Bus dirty dishes and refill residents’ beverages as needed
- Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
- Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor
- Assist with special events as needed
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer residents to management when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Positive interpersonal skills required
- Food handler's card required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Customer service experience
- Will need to possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate and update it as needed. (Class will be provided by community).
- Must be drug free and submit to a drug screening upon hire and routinely.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
