We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Revenue Audit and Billing Specialist to join our Accounting Department at our Home Office in Olympia!

Full-time opportunity! MON - FRI, 5 days/week during business hours.

Starting at $23/HR!

Who you are:

Do you enjoy assisting in finance and providing specialist support? The Revenue Audit and Billing Specialist position provides tracking and auditing support to the accounting team. The Revenue Audit and Billing Specialist will be responsible for performing routine support, including but not limited to: auditing Rent Rolls, new move-ins, and rate increases and Handling Medicaid billing among other tasks. You are looking to learn the industry and provide detail oriented and analytical information.

What you'll do:

  • Auditing Rent Rolls and In-house increases
  • Auditing new move-ins and against street rates
  • Tracking incentives given
  • Learn long term care insurance process at community
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Deadline proficient and detail oriented with a high level of organizational skill
  • Self-motivated with the ability to time manage tasks, work with little supervision
  • Ability to be a team player and work in a fast-paced high-volume environment and to preform a variety of tasks
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks Pro
  • Typing at 40 words per minute
  • Previous bookkeeping and customer service experience preferred
  • Must be drug-free and submit to a drug screening upon hire and routinely
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
