Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients and attendees.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
- Manage event budgets and expenses
- Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment
- Communicate event details and updates to all stakeholders
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
