Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

Specific responsibilities of a spa attendant include:

• Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
• Attending to the Reception Desk to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
• Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
• Assisting with setup tasks involving special group requirements
• Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
• Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
• Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests

This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends with shifts primarily between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Prior computer experience helpful
• Customer service related experience required

The hourly pay range for this position is $11.75 tips/gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
