Opportunity
The Marketing Manager- Marketing Operations is the central contact point for all project work that flows through the department. This associate will facilitate workflow for all Kohler Home Solutions Marketing initiatives, ensuring maximal efficiency. They will set project milestones, create project timelines, and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and on brand. This position is responsible for the performance of demand generation online and offline.
Working with the Content, Digital Product and Channel Teams, this associate will coordinate specific people to perform the steps required to complete the job. They will have experience managing multiple competing priorities and coordinating overlapping deadlines and should feel comfortable working in a matrixed organization serving as the main point of contact for key channel partners, translating needs into actionable marketing plan. They are detail-oriented and take pride in executional excellence.
