Opportunity

Think of Kohler’s Sr. Analyst – Supply Chain System Design as the enforcer of the sales order fulfilment processes. The position ensures Kohler provides its customers with reliable fulfilment dates for every sales order and that our internal execution later meets these customer promises. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for implementing, and internally promoting, technology to create efficiencies to understand our performance against key supply chain metrics and root cause investigation. The Sr. Analyst will be the contact point between the Plant Operations team, and the Supply Chain team. A holistic understanding of end-to-end supply chain and corresponding capabilities, processes, and systems is required to excel in this role.

The Sr. Analyst – SC System Design reports to the Manager – SC System Design. The Sr. Analyst will work with multiple functions of the business to collaboratively define new practices and the executive leadership to gain support, establish credibility and authority required for the success of this role. 

Specific Responsibilities
Technology 

• Identify and implement leading edge analytics technology. The Sr. Analyst will help identify and implement efficiencies, monitor and understand our performance against key supply chain metrics and root cause investigation. The Sr. Analyst continually partners with IT to take Kohler to the leading edge of supply chain system design. 

• Embed new technology into supply chain processes. The Sr. Analyst works with users at all levels of the business to ensure that key analytics tools, systems, and technologies are embedded into everyday operations. The Sr. Analyst creates and executes training in a variety of mediums to generate excitement and build engagement with supply chain technology. 

Process Design 

• Collaborate on the implementation of the overall supply chain order fulfilment process. The Sr. Analyst will serve as an agile developer on the Supply Chain Design team to tailor supply chain processes to fit Kohler customers’ needs, leveraging internal and external experts. The Sr Analyst will ensure our processes have a seamless and touchless transition of information and product through the order fulfilment process.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives. The Sr. Analyst will understand the unique challenges preventing each product line/ global region from achieving order fulfilment goals and a gracious customer experience. The Sr. Analyst will work together with the team to champion the alignment of all stakeholders to ensure the most impactful initiatives are being actioned to completion.

Continuous Improvement 

• Design a continuous improvement program. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate with all order fulfilment process owners to measure adherence, champion effective change management, resolve challenges with adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
