Job Overview:

As a Full-Time Teller at our Sheboygan- Taylor Drive Branch , you'll have the opportunity to directly impact our members' financial journeys by providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient banking experience for our members. This exciting position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15-$16 along with the chance to be part of a fun and member-focused company culture.

Teller Job Duties:

• Customer Service: Greet customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and account related issues.
• Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash drawers and ensure proper documentation of cash transactions and balance your drawer at the end of the night.
• Transaction Processing: Handle various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
• Computer Skills: Use bank software and systems to preform transactions and manage accounts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No previous financial service experience required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Service experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience desired but not required.
