Kohner Properties Inc is currently hiring a Full Time Maintenance Technician for the Universiity Plaza Apartments! This community is a high rise location in Midtown on Grand near the Fox Theater.

The Maintenance Technician:

• Responds to resident requests in a timely manner, delivering excellent customer service
• Diagnosis/troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Appliance installation
• Repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, water heaters, etc.
• Completes the apartment "make-ready" process
• Participates in on-call after hours emergency rotation and snow removal

Ideal candidates will have EPA certification or be willing to obtain within first 90 days of employment.
