Kolbe Corp is looking for a dedicated, process-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona.
This position is key to keeping a wide variety of projects moving. If you're the type of person who NEEDS to mark things off on your checklist at the end of the day, you'll be valuable in this role. If you can help communicate Kolbe's mission with our key audiences, support internal projects, and help manage paid, earned, and owned media, you're the right person.

4 Years of experience in a similar role or agency background preferred
Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Managing multiple projects and ensuring that budgets and deadlines are met (keep things moving!).
• Drafting and distributing company press releases, blogs, podcasts, and email newsletters via Mailchimp, social media or tools like Cision.
• Developing other communication materials such as landing pages, sales collateral, print ads for sponsorships, shareable social media graphics, videos, written testimonials, proposal templates, logos, and more (we create a lot of content in this department).
• Community management for social groups and pages, including coordinating and scheduling organic content and participating in ongoing conversations (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
• Coordinating with external resources as needed like designers, writers, photographers, developers and video editors. (Bonus points if you have any hands-on experience with these things, too!).

Yes, we realize that's a lot of stuff and nobody is going to be an expert in everything, BUT let us know what your specialties are and any experience you have with delegating to outside vendors/freelancers. At Kolbe, we all jump in and do a variety of tasks, and we take professional development very seriously.
Experience Preferred:

• Project management
• Copywriting for websites, print, and social media content
• Working knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Campaign Monitor, etc.
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft 360 Suite, and Adobe Marketing Cloud - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress
• Experience with pitching influencers, media and/or podcasts for partnerships and coverage
• Experience planning and executing product launch plans, book promotions, and executive communication programs
• Video production experience a big plus!
