Kolitch Romano Dascenzo Gates LLC, a boutique intellectual property law firm in downtown Portland, is looking for a detail- and team-oriented individual to assume responsibility for our firm’s docketing and otherwise assist our team of patent and trademark attorneys.

This position includes docketing of all U.S. and international patent, trademark, copyright, and litigation deadlines, as well as coordinating docket reports, assisting with patent annuity payments, and otherwise working to ensure the integrity and accuracy our firm’s docketing data. This position also may include client-related legal assistant responsibilities, assisting with client billing, miscellaneous research projects, and other aspects of small law firm administration. Experience with patent and trademark docketing is a plus, as is experience using DocketTrak docketing software.
