Responsibilities and Duties

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates

• Experience working with children and a passion for working with children with

• Reliable Transportation
• Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods

Therapists learn to track data on their clients’ progress and conceptualize using ABA principles to help them make monumental progress. At Hope to Inspire, we have created a supportive environment for our team members to collaborate and value the idea of growth.
