Koncert IT Solutions, LLC is growing and looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Plan and execute direct prospecting activities to drive personal pipeline growth that will result in increased new business, revenue and gross margin
- Responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities
- Uncover new opportunities in existing relationships to grow vertically
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Manage all aspects of the sales process including initial qualification, evaluation, close and implementation.
- Research and evaluate new industry leading best practices related to mobile solutions, database design and analytics, integration methodologies, custom application development, software quality assurance, design services, etc.
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our services, our competition in the industry, and positioning to drive competitive differentiation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years proven track record in sales or related market within Information Technology or Digital Transformation. Examples include: SDLC, UX/UI Design, Mobile Development, QA, Data Science and Analytics.
- Familiarity with IT Consulting, MSP, Security and Hardware required
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
