- Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including key metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Administrative Support: Support VP of Marketing by managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging content.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Fluent in a foreign language (We’re growing!)
- Experience in website development and management (WordPress)
