What you will do:
- Schedule production meetings for complex projects
- Manage project costs to ensure budgets are maintained. Review project cost upon completion of projects and compare the overall cost to agreed-upon budgets. Communicate additional production costs to sales and or clients and ensure purchase orders are updated based on project cost changes
- Coordinate and follow up with installations as required
- Analyze and make recommendations for improving workflow/ manufacturing plant processes where appropriate
- Generate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly order reports and inventory reports – shipping reports, shipped not billed
- Process and enter requests for quotes from the sales team, 200-500/year
- BS or BA Degree in a related field, or equivalent in education, training, and experience
- Three to five years’ experience in a graphics/large-scale environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
