**Job Title:** Instructor/Tutor

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor/Tutor to join our team. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in supporting small groups of 10-15 students in their academic journey. If you have experience in education, classroom management, and a knack for developing engaging lesson plans, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide personalized academic support to bright students that have Dyslexia & ADHD.

- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their learning experience.

- Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.

- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles.

- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure student success.

**Skills:**

- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.

- Strong classroom management skills.

- Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.

- Ability to work with diverse groups of students, including.

- Previous tutoring experience is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
