- Collect, process and analyze data relating to various business functions
- Develops forecasts, insights, recommendations, future needs, and strategic and/or tactical plans based on business data and knowledge of business processes/operations
- Partner with key stakeholders, sometimes incorporating external parties, to assess and address internal needs and to model the outcome of potential business strategies
- Utilize findings to participate in short and long term planning and collaborate in the development of strategies to work towards achieving the set goals and metrics of the company
- Create and present reports and audits
- Regularly communicates with and presents to stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with various teams within the company
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5 years' experience in Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience collecting, transforming, analyzing, and reporting complex data to drive business decisions
- Ability to pay attention to details when working with data in order to make accurate conclusions and predictions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with stakeholders
- A solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and mathematical skills
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in various data analytics tools and programs
- Bachelor's degree required
- Standard office setting
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
- Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time
