Job Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for set up’s, adjustments, and operation of the printing machines, this can be either the automated or manual machine. They are to prepare items processed for the next routing step and ensure that only products meeting company standards are passed onto the next step or packaged to ship to our customers.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Set up each order in the machine
• Mix UV ink for printing orders
• Organize the Jobs and screens to meet the schedule needs
• Unload drinkware boxes from pallets and load pretreat station
• Post treat imprinted mugs and package as necessary

Additional Responsibilities:

• Must be a Team Player that is well organized and driven in making a positive impact to the department.
• Must be able to work shifts and overtime as scheduled and/or required to meet business timelines.
• Must be able to organize workload in an effective manner.
• Must have a sense of urgency and strong communication skills.
• Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
• Must be able to operate a scale.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasionally, up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and up to 10 lbs. of force consistantly.
• Requires walking or standing to a significant degree in order to distribute and pickup mail
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 
• Must be able to reach, lift (floor >waist, waist> overhead), bend/stoop/twist, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, climb stairs/ladder, push, pull, repetitive arm/wrist/hand use, grasp/pinch (simple, firm, fine manipulation).
• Must be able to use head and neck (in static position, frequent flexing or frequent rotating), sit or stand in place for extended periods of time, as well as freely move about the facility as needed for the position.
• Must have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships), Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus). 

Qualifications/Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent or reading, writing and math skills of the same.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Performs duties safely and in accordance with company safety policies.
• Working with Oracle, preferred
