Overview:
We are newly opening restaurant in East Nashville with unique concept.
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager who is very responsible and supportive individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume restaurant and fast phased restaurant.

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Supervise and train employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and order products as needed
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store targets and goals

Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in a grocery store environment
- Strong sales and sales management skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in employee orientation and training
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff efficiently

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
