Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible bar manager with knowledge of various types of sprits, beer and sake and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all bar activities
- Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Interview, hire, and train bar staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement bar policies and procedures
- Oversee the preparation of beverages and maintain quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient food and beverage service

Skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of fine dining and banquet service
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and provide training to staff
- Familiarity with inventory control practices
- Experience working as an Assistant Manager in the food industry
