KORE RPO is Hiring a Head of Direct Sales Near New York, NY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct Sales Specialist with a proven track record in selling to C-level executives and extensive experience in tradeshow sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and target potential clients within the C-suite through various channels including industry events, tradeshows, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of C-level executives.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Tradeshow Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage participation in industry tradeshows and events.
  • Engage with potential clients at tradeshows, providing information and demonstrating the value of our products/services.
  • Follow up on leads generated from tradeshows to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM systems.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in direct sales, with a focus on selling to C-level executives.
  • Extensive experience in managing and participating in tradeshows.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for tradeshows and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
