Summary: Responsible for recruitment of plasma donors using various marketing strategies. Perform pre-screening of donors to determine suitability. Primary responsibilities:
- Contact potential donors and request copies of their lab results to review for suitability (outbound calls)
- Contact various Physician, clinics, hospitals and support groups to establish recruiting collaboration in identifying participants
- Pre-screen donors and collect pertinent information to determine suitability
- Schedule donors for additional testing, when required
- Take inbound calls from potential donors and answer questions about the various donation programs and donation process.
- Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as requested by the supervisor
- Coordinate and handle specimen/samples for testing arrangements with internal and external laboratories
- Maintain accurate records and documentation Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
- Use & knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to reach out to potential donors
- Must have basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and upper management
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English Education: High school graduate or GED required Experience: Should have phone experience, preferably in high call volume office or call center
