The Department of Labor (DOL) has several applications which need a senior level developer to support several projects including the acquisition of applications to support a new Paid Family Medical Leave program. The vendor for the first acquisition had identified the need for a senior developer to work with them during the requirement and implementation/tailoring phases of the project. This resource will be trained in the administration of the application and will continue to support the application after implementation
The following skill sets are required:
Ability to work with a vendor for identifying requirements.
Ability to administer COTS applications and tailor changes.
Ability to follow SOM Deployment Certification process 5 years' experience required.
Ability to use MS SQL Services including SSIS and SSRS 8 years' experience required.
Ability to perform clear communications, both verbal and written.
Ability to create Requirements documents based on meetings with stake holders.
