We're seeking a skilled full-stack developer, proficient in ASP.Net, C#, SQL, and front end (HTML, CSS, & JavaScript though Blazor would be a big plus) to join our vibrant software team.

Your mission? To convert innovative ideas into influential software, reshaping our operations. You'll create intuitive apps for restaurant managers and generate insightful performance reports, playing a vital role in driving our growth and success.

Engage directly with our Innovation & Technology Director, and work in tandem with our six-person software development team.

Beyond coding, your daily interactions span departments like Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Operations. Here, you're not just an employee; you're instrumental in our tech evolution. Prepare to code, team up, and make an impact!

Game-Changing Projects:

Master the mix of OCR & AI to develop invoice approval workflows in Blazor that are efficient and seamless.
Dive in by writing a universal inbox management backend process for Google Workspace. Your innovation will be a game-changer for our Accounting and HR teams, revolutionizing their inbox management.
Put your creativity to work by building a PWA that empowers our restaurant managers to spend less time behind a desk and serving our guests more.

Your Role:

Develop software across Google Workspace, Windows, and Azure
Maintain top-notch performance of our applications
Integrate with third-party SOAP and REST APIs using C#
Perform systems engineering and requirements decomposition
Propose solutions and effectively communicate with both IT and non-IT teams

Education and Experience:

3-7 years of professional software engineering experience in a business setting spanning ASP.NET, C#, APIs, SQL, & front end technologies
3-5 years experience in C# and SQL (Azure SQL is a plus)
Blazor skills are a plus
Azure SaaS skills are a plus
Must be OK working with Google Workspaces (in lieu of Outlook)
Must have experience working on a team of developers
Must have experience working directly with end users to resolve technical issues
Must have experience working directly with end users to gather / document technology requirements for development (writing user stories)

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $85-125K plus 8% bonus. However, we are willing to send qualified candidates over budget.
