Korn Ferry is representing a full-service law firm in NYC that is seeking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Associate , with 4-5 years of experience in sales acquisitions, development, construction, and leasing.
Admission to the New York Bar is required.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate matters with a diverse range of transactions.
Clients include investment banks, restaurant franchisees, real estate funds, multistate health care providers, and residential and mixed-use building owners and developers.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office.

Experience:
•4-5 years of law firm experience working in a law firm setting, representing commercial transactional dirt and leasing real estate matters
•Admitted to the NY State Bar (required)
Education:
•Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
Compensation:
•Base salary is $235K-250K, plus bonus
