Job Duties & Requirements
- Performs accounting reports and accounting analyses.
- Prepares and posts journal entries.
- Researches and resolves complex accounting issues.
- Demonstrates knowledge of general accounting, internal controls, company policy, financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, and financial applications.
- Assist with the budget/forecast process by updating various schedules
- Creates increasingly complex financial statement schedules, audit support schedules, and other reports in a timely manner.
Education/Certification/Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or a related field of study
- CPA is preferred
- 3-5 years of accounting or external audit experience; manufacturing industry experience is preferred
- SAP or another large ERP system is preferred
