Scope of Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly analysis and updates of operating budgets.
• Develop Excel models to enhance financial modeling.
• Continuously evaluate financial processes and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership across departments to support budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare advanced ad-hoc analysis, reports, and presentations independently.

Skills Needed:

Advanced Excel modeling skills and ability to analyze statistical and financial data.

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting analysis effectively.
• Preferred experience with SAP and/or PowerBI.

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field; a master’s degree is a plus. CPA is a plus
• 3-10 years of experience in Finance/FP&A, Big 4, Banking or Consulting
