Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Finance Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain finance strategies to support business growth and supply chain optimization.
• Financing Solutions : Design, evaluate, and manage various supply chain financing solutions, including but not limited to accounts receivable financing, inventory financing, and supplier financing.
• Risk Management : Identify and manage risks associated with supply chain finance activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with procurement, logistics, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient execution of supply chain finance activities.
• Supplier Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and financial institutions to ensure supply chain stability and liquidity.
• Market Analysis and Research : Monitor and analyze market trends, adjusting supply chain finance strategies in response to market changes and competitive pressures.
• Team Leadership and Development : Lead and develop the supply chain finance team, enhancing their professional capabilities and overall productivity.
• Organizational Transformation : Collaborate on organizational structure changes to better align with strategic supply chain finance goals and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, supply chain management, or related fields; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Work Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain finance or related areas, preferably within large multinational companies.
• Professional Skills : Deep understanding of supply chain finance products and solutions, with exceptional financial analysis and risk management capabilities.
• Leadership Abilities : Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve objectives.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Language Proficiency : Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
