Growing Company 40 miles south of Louisville, KY had a need for a Financial Analyst. It is a direct hire opening with full benefits. You will send information for managers. In this role you will be compiling, interpreting, and reporting
information on a variety of data types. If you are a highly analytical and deadline driven Financial Analyst, this position is for you!
Core Responsibilities:
• Identify relevant insights and compile analytical reports with observations and
recommendations for process improvement
• Rely on analytical, organizational, and investigative skills in order to take on data analysis
projects
• Organize, manipulate, and extract data in response to management requests
• Practice and recommend data analytic solutions and integrate story telling into strong data
visualization deliverables
• Help to develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators for each department and across
the organization
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
● BS/BA in Accounting, finance, or economics
● 2-6 years of relevant on the job experience is required
● Experience building or maintaining system integrations
● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail
● Excellent analytical skills; ability to research and make efficient use of resources to achieve
effective business results
● Proven Interdepartmental collaborative skill required
● Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
● Proven initiative and self-starter and time management skills
