We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection, budgeting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of the real estate industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing organization and make a positive impact on our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the condition of the property.
- Manage tenant relationships and provide customer service.
- Ensure that all tenants are in compliance with the terms of their lease agreements.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is up to code.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for the property.
- Manage financial records related to the property, such as rent payments and other expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
