The Role:

The Associate Director plays an important role within the Digital Foundry at our company in driving the company's digital transformation with customers globally. In this role you will direct and drive the customer digital and digital commercial enablement platforms and portfolio strategies globally across multiple businesses to accelerate and enable great customer outcomes. Additionally, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure the alignment of digital platform strategies to commercial and customer outcomes to maximize the company's investments.

Key Accountabilities

Lead strategic portfolio management for investments across customer facing capabilities, enterprises and regions.

Set up and launch strategic investments to drive the cross-channel and omnichannel platform strategies and outcomes in alignment with business priorities.

Provide thought leadership for forward looking business value measurements and cohesive storytelling across customer digital capabilities.

Provide thought leadership to create and maintain customer driven outcomes across platform strategies.

Drive a global digital intake and prioritization process to ensure strategy alignment and commitment across Digital leaders in the enterprises and strategic capability leaders within the Digital Foundry.

Direct and lead a team on the execution of early scoping and exploration globally, as well as on portfolio analysis to deliver visibility to key partners.

Provide consultation, communicate cross platform strategies and portfolio value metrics and drive engagement and feedback with business partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Minimum of five years of experience managing people as direct reports

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading customer digital product development for capabilities such as digital marketing, ecommerce, customer relationship management and service and strategic pricing

Experience working with multiple business units and stake holders
