The Role:
In this role, you will:
Assist with theexecution of financing transactions, for financial sponsors and customers,including (i) completion of due diligence, (ii) financial modeling, (iii)credit analysis and, (iv) drafting and presenting credit memorandums
Engage (directly), andbuild relationships, with customers and their respective executive leadershipand finance teams
Complete ongoingfinancial performance analyses, for portfolio, and present to senior leadershipand risk management
Prepare and reviewenterprise, and cash flow, valuation analyses
Review legal diligenceand assist in negotiation of credit-related and other, ancillary documentation
Aid in the developmentand execution of Technology Finance and company-wide strategic initiatives, viaspecialized project work and/or assignment
Requirements
2 years of commercialcredit or investment banking, or equivalent demonstrated through one or acombination of the following: work experience, training, military experience,educationDesired Qualifications:
Advanced MicrosoftOffice (Excel and PowerPoint) skills
Experience in financialanalysis and modeling and, knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
Strong analyticalskills, with heightened attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal andwritten communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment
Experience in credit,investment banking, consulting, or accounting, preferably in thesoftware/technology sector
