- Jun 15-16; night
- Jun 22-33; night
• Main:
- Jun 22; day & night
- Jun 23; night
• 11 open holes for first week of July
• Shift Schedule: 6a-6p OR 6p-6a
- 8-10 shifts/month
• Patient Volume: 18-22
- Physicians: 1.5 patients/hr.
- APPs: 2.26 patients/hr.
• Annual Visits: 28,000
• Admissions: Yes; 20%
• Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 Office Staff
• Specialty Backup:
- Anesthesia, Cath Lab
- Gen Surgery, Lab
- Ortho Surgery, Radiology, Vascular Surgery
• L&D department onsite: Yes
• Beds in the Dept: 21
• EMR: Medhost
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active AL License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• Local Candidate (preferred)
