Jr. Software Project Manager with Pax Technology

5 days on site – 8775 Baypine Rd Jacksonville, FL (Baymeadows / Southside area)

6-month contract to hire – possibly longer (around a year)

Bachelor’s degree

Has experience of managing software products.

Has experience of using JIRA.

Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and manage the entire software project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality delivery.

· Coordinate the project team, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth progress of the project.

· Define project objectives, scope, risks, and resource requirements, and establish project plans and schedules.

· Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks in a timely manner.

· Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear project requirements and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field preferred.

· Experience in software project management preferred.

· Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to adapt to change and work in a complex environment.

· Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

· Experience of ERP, CRM, Billing or HR planning is a plus.

· Experience of ticketing system like JIRA is a plus.
