About the Role:

Join our team as a Scrum Master, facilitating and coordinating Agile Scrum processes within the team. You'll ensure stakeholders collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role extends to coaching and mentoring the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and consistent achievement of objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily standup meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs (e.g., Expense/Capitalization) to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum principles and the scrum framework.

Requirements:

• Experience in project deliveries using Scrum practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Certification in Agile Methodologies like CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
• Familiarity with Agile Project Management tools such as JIRA.
