Position Description
McKesson is seeking a Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Supply Chain Management Team by assisting with analytics, tool development and reporting as well as identifying opportunities within the business to gain efficiencies. This position would also be responsible for providing adhoc data analysis to answer questions and solve business problems.
Hybrid Position: This role is primarily remote. We purposely seek candidates located within an hour of our Richmond office. Some departmental meetings or additional specialized training can take place within the office.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales & Operations Planning, Asset Management, and Fulfillment Strategy Teams to support strategic and long-term projects
• Maintain and deliver established reporting and tools
• Create new standard and ad hoc reporting
• Provide analytical support interpreting data and trends
• Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of source data and delivered reports
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and end user documentation
• Prepare written analysis and summarize results using graphical representations and professional formatting

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years relevant experience

Critical Skills:

• 2 years' experience as a Reporting Analyst, Report Writer/Analyst and/or Data Analyst
• 1 years' experience in distribution, healthcare or other related industry
• 6 months experience with SQL, data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional databases methods
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel- Pivots, VLOOKUP's, Sum/Ifs)

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to details
• Experienced with data visualization technologies like Tableau and Power BI
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong report presentation skills

Physical Requirements:

• Home office.
• Time spent in Richmond main office.
• Computer based work.
