KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Practice Operations to join our Market Development organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Support other business development operational activities and ad hoc reporting, as needed
  • Lead for roster management updates twice a month.
  • Assist in the writing of process documents to support Business Development operational efforts; document key processes, working with others to publish new materials.
  • Work directly with compensation team to execute monthly (as needed), quarterly and annual compensation cycles.
  • Experience administering Varicent Incentive Compensation platform, as well as, with Salesforce and the reporting aspects of Salesforce. Work with sales leaders and relationship directors to identify data issues between Salesforce and Varicent.
  • Analyze data requirements, build dashboards and data models to support data analytics and performance insights for our business. Create, analyze and distribute quarterly business development management reports to the sales organization and business leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent business support experience, preferably from a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a business major; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Very strong analytical skills required
  • Able to work well in a team environment with a detailed-oriented work ethic; excellent written and verbal communication skills
