Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk plays a crucial role in our operations by ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory. This role involves organizing and maintaining stock, processing shipments, and supporting the overall flow of goods within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all products.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping based on customer requirements and shipping schedules.
• Stock Maintenance: Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or low inventory to the supervisor. Assist in conducting regular inventory audits.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Ensure that all goods are stored in their designated locations.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
• Customer Service: Assist with resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure efficient operations and timely order processing.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [50] pounds) and operate warehouse equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer applications is a plus.
• Certifications: Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling various types of inventory items.
