Requirements Description & Requirements The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Manufacturing Team Members to work at our production facility in Mason City, IA . Ideal candidates must be safety and quality-orientated and be willing to work in a team-orientated , fast-paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent or 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- Background in a manufacturing environment or technical background with electrical, mechanical, or automation experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Starting rate of $ 2 2 / hr. and eligibility for overtime compensation
- 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
- New Hire Retention B onus - Employees hired in 2024 will receive a $ 15 00 R etention Bonus after 12 months of service
- 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends and holidays
- Products Refrigerated Ready-to-Eat Jell-O gels, puddings and cheesecake
- The plant runs 24 hours a day / 7 days per week. This continuous process is supported by four shift teams with over 200 employees.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Operate and maintain equipment in the area in a safe and efficient manner
- Read, follow, and update Job Task Analysis (JTAs) for work area
- Perform quality checks as required
- Ensure proper raw or packaging components are used based on product requirements
- Actively participate in the facility’s safety compliance program
- Troubleshoots and resolves breakdowns
- Sustains responsibility for preventative maintenance and sanitation in the work area
- Ensures efficient operation of equipment
- Communicate with co-workers effectively to ensure minimum interruptions in production
- Responsible for following SQ requirements such as GMPs and other daily/job-specific duties to support QRMP
