Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of cabinetry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative at Krafter's Land Cabinetry, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to drive the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their cabinetry needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate our cabinetry products and solutions to potential clients.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent Krafter's Land Cabinetry and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
Strong knowledge of cabinetry products, materials, and design concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
