Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Enterprise Architect Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing comprehensive technical solutions for a variety of projects encompassing web and mobile development, CRM, CMS, and digital marketing. The role demands a broad skill set spanning enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture, development architecture, and hands-on expertise in full-stack development.

Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Architecture Design:

• Develop and implement strategic enterprise architecture solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.

1. Systems Architecture:

• Design and document systems architecture that supports the organization's objectives.
• Ensure systems are interoperable, scalable, and maintainable over the long term.

1. Integration Architecture:

• Create integration strategies that facilitate seamless communication between diverse systems.

1. Development Architecture:

• Define and enforce best practices for software development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide them in implementing robust solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and guidelines.

1. Full Stack Development:

• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in full-stack development, with proficiency in open-source technologies and front-end engineering.
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

1. Consulting and Implementation:

• Leverage extensive consulting experience to advise clients on technical strategies and solutions.
• Act as a trusted resource, providing guidance on projects related to Salesforce, Infrastructure, Security, CMS, Web/Front End, Full Stack, ERP, Data, and Advanced Integrations.
• Maintain oversight of solution architecture for all in-flight projects an businesses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a strong background in web and mobile development, CRM, CMS, and digital marketing.
• Strong consulting and implementation experience across diverse platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture, and development architecture.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development with expertise in open-source technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing and mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Minimum of 8 years as an Enterprise Architect, demonstrating expertise from strategic planning through to the solution continuum, particularly within Telecommunications, Information Technology, and relevant industries.
• 2 years of experience in consulting organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
• Experience in modeling and graphic representations.

Additional Qualifications

• Solid experience in Agile and full-stack development, primarily in ReactJS/MEAN or AngularJS frameworks for UI and/or NodeJS framework for microservices development.
• Good knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation, Spring Boot framework.
• Proficient in DevOps processes and development automation, including unit and functional test automation and continuous integral delivery.
• Experienced Senior Back End Engineer collaborating with the RD team to implement new components.
• Creation of new features for web and mobile application platforms.
• Production of high-quality code and support for existing applications and customers.
• Solid experience in Python or Node.js and software engineering.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies; skilled in RDBMS such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra are advantageous.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating with 3rd party APIs.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) and project management tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Mocha, Jest, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience in Ruby-on-Rails, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
