About You:

We are looking for a top-notch Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Krayden HQ in Westminster, CO. In this position, you will perform a variety of Accounts Payable and related clerical duties in order to ensure prompt and full payment for invoiced materials and expenses.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Checks and approves all vouchers for payment.
• Prepares billing for drop ship orders upon vouchering.
• Prepares invoice deduction notices as necessary.
• Audits freight bills against freight manifests.
• Answers all vendor inquiries to facilitate prompt payment.
• Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted.
• Prepares Accounts Payable checks.
• Prints all Accounts Payable reports and maintains all Accounts Payable files.
• Prepares analysis of accounts as required.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Posts all vendor invoices for prompt payment and/or credit as trained to be completed in the given time frame.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Experience with job costing.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish / English is a nice to have!
