Role Overview:

We're looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our dream team and help propel the organization forward. In this role, you will be tasked with nurturing and building partnerships with current clients. You’ll also oversee the strategy for building new partnerships with Property Managers and Facility Managers in the commercial facility maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients in the commercial sector, with a focus on office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties in Austin, TX.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Plan gatherings, events, and activities to build client loyalty and create new partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and tailor Kredo's cleaning solutions to meet the specific requirements of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote Kredo's services and establish a strong presence in the local market.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience planning events & building relationships
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and emails)
  • Ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations
  • Demonstration of drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Strong computer proficiency, and excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with decision-makers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
