About The Function:Our client is a family owned business and one of the Nations largest distributors of fresh and frozen food. They are located in South Philadelphia and are seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead the Human Resources department. This is a high impact role in a dynamic privately owned organization during a period of growth and transformation throughout its multiple locations. The successful candidate will be a true strategic partner who is equally comfortable interfacing with employees working through their distributions centers and participating in meetings with executive leadership. This role requires focus on designing and delivering initiatives that support the organizations strategic goals. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong communications skills and a proven record of success.
