Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive understanding on IAM business processes, use cases and hands on implementation experience using Microsoft Entra ID
• Manage and support Okta and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Configure and manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Ensure the integration of Okta and Microsoft Entra ID with various enterprise applications.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IAM systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access and authentication.
• Provide timely support for IAM-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and streamline IAM processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Implement and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on IAM best practices and tools.
• Create and update technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, and federated identity management.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Understanding of network protocols, security standards, and authentication mechanisms.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in IAM operations and support, particularly with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Professional certifications in IAM (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.

This is a 24*7 role may involve being part of an on-call rotation to address critical issues outside regular working hours.
