We want to mentor you to become a Farmers Agency Owner and our growth path will do that in 12 months or less.

What we need from you:

• No more than $5,000 in collections
• No bankruptcies in the last 3 years
• Favorable criminal record with no felonies
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
• Uptain your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses before starting. DON'T WORRY WE PROVIDE STUDY MATERIAL AND ASSISTANCE WITH THIS.
